Ground Truth AV̳ Report: Goals and Plans of AV̳’s Railbelt Electric Utilities

ACEP’s AV̳ Energy Data partners, ’s Erin McKittrick and Bretwood Higman, recently published a report comparing the goals that AV̳ utilities set for themselves with predictions for the Regulatory Commission of AV̳ and possible impacts that the renewable energy portfolio standard targets might present.
Overall, the report highlights the current status and future prospects of renewable energy, emissions reduction and gas usage in AV̳'s Railbelt electric utilities, emphasizing the need for greater alignment among utility goals, RPS targets, and projected natural gas needs.
