The Interior Region EMS Council 2026 Annual Blood Drive runs through March 31, and the University Fire Department needs the UAF community's help. One donation can help up to three people celebrate more birthdays, more holidays and more second chances. When you donate, you are not only saving lives — you can also help UFD climb the leaderboard.

For years, the Ester and Steese Volunteer Fire Departments have dominated this competition. This year, UFD is counting on the strength of the Nanook community to change that.

Appointments are preferred at the Blood Bank of AV��̳ – Fairbanks Center. Call 907-456-5645 or visit the . Be sure to tell them you are donating in support of UFD.

If you cannot donate, encourage a friend to sign up. Every donor makes a difference.

Saving lives is our mission. Winning the blood drive would be a bonus.
