ESS Student Research Symposium

February 28, 2026

2 pm to 5 pm: Poster session and snacks at GI/IARC

followed with dinner, bowling, socializing at Wood Center


Students are invited to present a poster, and free poster printing (4 ft wide x 3 ft tall) will be offered with early registration. If you already have a printed poster that you would like to present, we will accommodate any poster size. The event is free and open to any UAF student (undergraduate or graduate) who has done research pertaining to the broad field of Earth System Science, including marine sciences, fisheries, space physics, sustainability, ecosystems, hydrology, atmospheric and climate sciences, cryosphere, solid earth geophysics, geoscience, geospatial science, and more.
